Cape Henry Technologies Inc. was formed as an S-Corporation in March of 2007 by David L. Whitehurst and Kimberly Hodge Whitehurst in Oklahoma. Cape Henry Technologies Inc. is now a registered corporation in the state of North Carolina. The company was formed to continue the quality development of enterprise Java systems. The company stands behind the open source community and processes of software development.
